Code of Conduct.
As a member of Belmore Society, you are part of an exclusive network of accomplished, forward-thinking women dedicated to supporting each other, fostering meaningful connections, and enjoying enriching, luxury experiences. To preserve the integrity and quality of our community, we have established a set of standards that all members are expected to follow.
1. Respect and Inclusivity
Kindness and Empathy: Members are expected to treat each other with kindness, compassion, and empathy. A positive and respectful attitude, whether online or in person, is essential to maintain the supportive atmosphere of Belmore Society.
Inclusivity: Belmore Society celebrates diversity. Every member is expected to respect differences in background, culture, race, religion, and personal beliefs, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Zero Tolerance for Discrimination or Harassment: Discriminatory behavior, harassment, or exclusion based on identity, lifestyle, or appearance will not be tolerated. Members should always act with respect, professionalism, and grace.
2. Confidentiality and Trust
Privacy: Belmore Society values confidentiality. Members are expected to respect the privacy of others and any personal information shared within the Society. What is discussed or experienced within the Society stays within our community.
Integrity and Accountability: Members should conduct themselves with integrity, ensuring their actions reflect honesty and trustworthiness. This includes honoring commitments and being respectful and reliable in all engagements.
3. Support and Collaboration
Community-Centric Mindset: Belmore Society thrives on the mutual support and collaboration of its members. Members are encouraged to contribute positively, helping others when possible and engaging actively with enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit.
Ethical Networking: Members are welcome to network, share ideas, and collaborate on projects. Personal gains should never take precedence over the mutual respect and values shared by the Society. Aggressive or opportunistic networking is discouraged to maintain our supportive environment.
4. Professionalism and Conduct
Exemplary Behavior: Members are expected to uphold high standards of behavior, reflecting the Society’s values of elegance, maturity, and respect in all interactions.
Punctuality and Engagement: Arriving on time and engaging fully in events demonstrates respect for the organizers and fellow members. Members are encouraged to participate actively and with intention, contributing to the Society’s vibrant atmosphere.
5. Responsible Use of Society Resources
Respect for Resources: Members should use Belmore Society resources, events, and partnerships responsibly. Misuse of resources, facilities, or event privileges may result suspension of membership.
Clear Communication in Services: When using any personalized services or concierge offerings provided by Belmore Society, members must communicate their needs clearly and respect the time and efforts of the Society team.
6. Appearance and Presentation
Dress Code Adherence: Members are expected to follow the Society’s dress code guidelines at all events. Appearance should reflect the sophistication and elegance emblematic of Belmore Society.
Polished Presentation: Members should maintain a polished and refined appearance that aligns with the upscale atmosphere of Belmore Society, ensuring consistency in our shared aesthetic.
7. Conflict Resolution
Addressing Issues Constructively: If any misunderstandings or conflicts arise, members are encouraged to address them calmly and professionally. Should further assistance be needed, members can reach out to Society management for support.
Private Resolution of Disputes: Members are expected to avoid engaging in public disputes or airing grievances in front of non-members or on public platforms. Confidential, respectful communication is key to maintaining harmony within the Society.
8. Representing Belmore Society
Ambassadors of the Society: Members act as representatives of Belmore Society and are expected to uphold its values in all interactions, whether within the Society, at external events, or in collaborations with partners.
Social Media Conduct: Members should post responsibly and respectfully on social media, aligning with the values of Belmore Society. Defamatory or negative comments about the Society or its members will not be tolerated.
9. Commitment to the Society’s Vision
Shared Purpose: By joining Belmore Society, members commit to supporting its mission to provide enriching, sophisticated experiences and foster authentic connections among accomplished women.
Active Participation: Members should actively engage in Society events, discussions, and activities to foster a vibrant and engaged community.
Consequences for Violations
Belmore Society reserves the right to review and address any conduct that does not align with this Code of Conduct. Violations may result termination of membership, to ensure the Society remains a positive, respectful, and high-quality community for all members.
