Memberships can be canceled at any time in your member account. No advance notice is required for cancellations, although we appreciate members letting us know if they’re relocating or will be leaving the area, as it allows us to extend our best wishes. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue enhancing the Belmore Society experience. Please note:
No Pro-Rata Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable, and partial or pro-rata reimbursements will not be applied to any canceled memberships.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the membership will be automatically canceled within 7 days if payment is not resolved.
Immediate Deactivation: Once a cancellation is completed, your member account will be immediately deactivated.
Upon Cancellation, Access Will Be Terminated to:
Member-Only Events and Invitations
Group Access and Networking Platforms
Exclusive Resources and Benefits Available to Active Members
Event Reservations and Perks Not Yet Utilized
If a membership is canceled or suspended, it will not be eligible for renewal within the same calendar year. If you feel that this policy does not reflect your specific circumstances, please reach out to us at contact@belmoresociety.com to discuss your situation.

We kindly remind members that all tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

While we understand that plans may change, please note that event cancellations will result in the forfeiture of all payments made. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our policies.
In the event the club must cancel an event, a refund will be processed immediately.
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders have 24 hours from the rescheduling notification to cancel their ticket and receive a full refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
